у нас оно отключилось в пятницу и все выходные мы не можем смотреть телевизор, так как специалистов нет до понедельника. для компании которая обеспечивает бесперебойную связь, такой сервис недопустим.
Пользуюсь уже 4 месяца их услугами и очень доволен качеством! Всегда оперативная и быстрая поддержка! Конечно бывают иногда сбои, но за последних 2 месяца я их не наблюдал. Плюсом еще можно отнести выгодные тарифные планы. Недостаток - ограниченность в оплате....Однако я думаю, что вскоре проблема будет решена ;) Если оценивать по 5 бальной шкале - 4+ =)
