Пользуюсь интернетом от этого провайдера лет 5, не меньше. Замечал и раньше, что интернет ненормальный. Но в этом году совсем худо. Перебои в работе бывают не так уж и редко, но в течение нескольких часов повреждения исправляют. Частный сектор. Село. ЕСЛИ в соседнем селе нет света, у нас может не быть интернета. Да, у провайдера есть аккумуляторы на оборудование, но бывает, их емкости не хватает для продолжительной работы. Скорость падает до 1 Мб/ сек, и даже ниже. Сами понимаете, каково это. Техподдержка по ночам не работает. Так что если интернет пропал вечером, то только утром дозвонишься туда. Пользовался в этом году мобильными девайсами через роутер. ВСЕ ОТНЕКИВАЛИСЬ (несколько месяцев), что роутер скорее всего виноват. Сегодня подключил нормальный компьютер. Напрямую от модема. Та же ситуация. Теперь отключите антивирус, брандмауер. Завтра поставлю чистую винду. Без антивируса и прочих программ. Посмотрим. Но думаю уйду от этого провайдера. Если не завтра, то к концу месяца. Совет: Если есть выбор, попробуйте сменить провайдера

Хороший интернет провайдер, проблем со скоростью нет. Если и есть то быстро устраняют причину. Приятные сотрудники. Удобная оплата интернета.
