"The "CLAD" Internet Center welcomes you. All information necessary for working in the network is in the "Instructions" section. Я пользуюсь интернет услугами данного провайдера более полу-года и могу заявить, что последние месяца 4-5 никаких перебоев не было.
Правда, по началу все же были частые поломки, которые уже устранены.
Рекомендую данного провайдера.
