"Delta Telecom is one of the leading and most dynamically developing companies in the payment acceptance market. In 1995, the company successfully started its activity by providing paging services. In 2002 the company specialists began to develop, and in 2004 launched DeltaPay payment acceptance system, which allows payers to pay for cell phone, commercial TV, Internet, housing and other services. Reliability and security of the payment system, as well as its convenience and efficiency, its high performance was appreciated by hundreds of agents and millions of payers across the country.

In 2007 the company's turnover reached 30 billion rubles. Number of transactions increased by 3 times in comparison with 2006. Every month more than 25 million payments go through our system.

We do not rest on our laurels - at the moment the DeltaPay payment system allows you to make payments to more than 400 Russian operators which provide various services (122 of them were connected during the last six months). One of the main objectives of the company, along with improving the quality and convenience of payments, is to expand the list of services, so by the end of 2008 through our payment system you can pay for the services of more than 600 Russian operators service providers.

Delta Telecom's main office is located in Moscow. At the moment the company has regional representatives in the Altai, Krasnodar and Perm regions, as well as in the Arkhangelsk, Leningrad, Rostov and Tyumen regions.
