From 2003 to 2007 the main activity of the company was the rent of communication channels, design, construction and installation of communication facilities on the B2B market of the Chelyabinsk region.
In 2007 the company launched a new line of business - provision of telecommunications services on the B2B market of the Chelyabinsk region and on the B2C market of the city of Kartaly in the Chelyabinsk region.
Since 2007 the development of Chelyabinsk-Signal LLC was accompanied by the expansion and improvement of the internal organizational structure. Obtaining of necessary licenses and permits for the provision of communication services, data transmission, telematic services and cable broadcasting services.
In 2007-2009 in Kartaly Chelyabinsk-Signal constructed a citywide cable network using fiber-optic technology, which allowed to provide Cable TV and Internet access services in one network. In the market of Kartaly the company "Chelyabinsk-Signal" is known under the brand name "Seti 74" and has its own corporate identity. It provides services of cable television and Internet access. Operates both in the market B2B (corporate clients), and in the market B2C (individuals).
