WEB.AM is the leading Internet provider of Armenia. The main employees of the company have been involved in the development of Internet in Armenia since 1993.

Our backbone network
Distributed heterogeneous network based on fiber optic backbone - covers Yerevan - ring topology, single mode cable - ATM, Gigabit Ethernet, E1 lines - 54 and 11 Mbit/sec wireless network - digital communication channels with mars - fast acting routers, ATM multiplexers (Cisco, Lucent) - backbone network with use of back up lines and dynamic routing - independent external communication channel as well as channel via Armentel and additional downlink channels


IP network
Autonomous system with 32 IP networks of class C registered in RIPE - Dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) - Direct connection with other Armenian ISPs - Quality Of Service (QoS) - IPv6 (planned) - DNS, SMTP, NNTP and FTP servers - HTTP proxy - POP/IMAP, e-mail with web-interface - anti-virus and anti-spam protection


Internet connection
Real IP addresses - direct access to the Internet without protocol restrictions - possibility to access the Internet through proxy server - continuous monitoring of the connection quality and virus attacks - real-time Internet usage statistics for users, divided by protocols
