Cyper Telecom Group, founded in 1993, specializes in telecommunications and communications and currently includes the following companies: Cyper Telecom LLC, Truxity LLC, and Cyper International CJSC.

The history of the company's development vividly demonstrates its success and progress in the field of telecommunication technologies. In 1994 the company signed a distribution agreement with Motorola, the world leader in telecommunications. Two years later, a license for provision of mobile radio communication services was obtained and two commercial trunking systems of Smartrunk II and MPT1327 standards were put into operation.

It is significant that after August 1998, during the crisis, the group was able not only to maintain its market position, but also began to develop other areas. It was decided to enter the market of telephone communication services and telematic services, an agreement was signed on partnership with Siemens for sale, installation, maintenance and warranty service of automatic telephone exchange of any capacity, and the system of objects monitoring was launched, which successfully operates in the security structures of the city.

In 1999 "Tranxity" LLC was registered, a year later the company obtained the license for provision of local and intrazone telephone communication services and telematic services. The company for the first time started to render IP-telephony services in Kaliningrad region under the trade mark Mirotel. In January 2004 MV Twentsche Kabel Holding signed a partnership agreement with the Dutch company, allowing to work on the Russian market with the trademarks KIRK Telecom, Wieland, Gesis, as well as with the products of TKH holding itself. In June 2004 we made a contract and got a dealer certificate of Krone concern. In March 2005 - Intronics for the exclusive sale of goods on the Russian market.
