In 1993, Rossvyazinform, Orenburggazprom and Orenburgneft made a joint decision to establish TELESOT open joint-stock company. As a result the EATS-52 equipped with the digital equipment of JSC "Errickson" started its operation in Orenburg. The digitalization of interstation interconnection lines via FOCL and introduction of digital exchanges in the region was started. All this ensured high quality, reliability and speed of transmission of all types of information which conformed to the world standards.

At present TELESOT LLC has achieved great success in the development of communication facilities:
numbering capacity of exchanges with the index "53" is used for local telephone communications;
the IP-access node with provision of data transmission services, with access to the INTERNET network, long-distance and international telephony was put into operation.

TELESOT LLC is constantly working to improve the technologies used to expand the range of telecommunications services and improve their quality.
