TV Media Limited Liability Company was registered in Pskov on April 1, 2004.

From 2004 to 2009 the main focus of TV-Media Ltd. was to provide a television signal to the apartments of Pskov citizens. Broadband Internet access was provided by the organization through an intermediary between the end user and several major Internet providers. With its extensive experience, TV Media LLC provided high-quality and timely technical service to cable network and Internet subscribers.

The next step in the development of the company was the licensing of data transmission activities and obtaining the status of a provider in 2009. Since obtaining the license, TV Media LLC ceased to act as an agent and began to provide Internet access services to the population on its own.

By 2010 TV Media Ltd completely separated from the other Internet providers, had its own communication center and all the necessary licenses. In 2012 the company launched a new service - digital television. This is a qualitatively new level of service provision, it required serious investments, but the management sees prospects in the development of this area and plans to take a leading position in this segment of the communication services market in the city of Pskov.

Today the main direction of the company's activity is to provide the population with high-quality cable TV and high-speed access to the Internet. The network of TV-Media OOO is built taking into account the latest technologies and achievements in the field of telecommunications, which allows providing high quality cable TV network services to subscribers.

Using the communication lines of the cable TV network, TV Media LLC broadcasts cable and terrestrial broadcasting channels and provides its subscribers with access to the Internet.
