оплатил интернет, на сайте показало, что все оплачено оборудование включено, доступ в интернет разрешен. прошло 50 минут, а интернета так и не появилось. В службе поддержки сидит одна тётенька, которая отвечает на все вопросы, она мне сказала, что у них база все еще не обновилась и нужно еще подождать пару часов, в крайнем случае все дойдет до суток ( по её словам такое уже бывало). ужас
Честный провайдер, качественные услуги, за приемлемые деньги. Служба техподдержки отвечает оперативно, звонил всего один раз и то по смене тарифа
