is a constant, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, broadband access to all information resources of the World Wide Web via a dedicated communication channel.
Dedicated communication lines for high-speed access are organized both on the basis of own resources of RELCOM SPb, and through the networks of other telecom operators.



RELCOM SPb pursues a flexible tariff policy and can offer a tariff plan that best suits the specific needs of the client.

For clients of "INFOCANAL" service Relcom-SPb" provides the necessary number of IP-addresses within one class C network and secondary zones on DNS servers for two domains free of charge.

The service "CONNECTING OFFICES"

allows to unite remote local networks by organizing symmetric dedicated communication channels, which can be organized using different technologies.
The connection scheme is a star, i.e. each customer point is connected to the relcom network. Interconnection of remote local networks is performed at the network level using the IP protocol.



Relcom-SPb provides the required number of IP-addresses within one class C network free of charge for clients of the "Office Unification" service. Traffic between customer points is not charged.

Simultaneously with channels between remote LANs it is possible to organize a channel to the Internet. In this case, Internet access can be used either by all client points on an equal basis, or only some of them.
