Nord Telecom LLC started its operations as a telecommunications operator in St. Petersburg in 2002. The company has licenses to provide local telephone services in St. Petersburg, data transmission services and telematic services on the whole territory of the Russian Federation. At present the company has concluded more than two hundred contracts for provision of communication services to legal entities on the territory of St.Petersburg.
