JSC "Pskov GTS" starts its history as an independent company since 1972. The company traditionally provides communication services in the city of Pskov, and since 2008 it entered the telecommunications market of the Pskov region, providing communication services in the district centers of the region.

Since February 2011 Pskov GTS, an Internet and telephone service provider, has been one of MegaFon's FSPA-assets in the North-Western Federal District.

Pskov GTS put into commercial operation a new generation multi-service NGN network by converging the telephone network with the packet data transmission environment. At present the company has implemented advanced developments in the field of IT-communications, which allow, while developing new generation networks, to preserve the accumulated experience and ensure uninterrupted operation of the existing telephone access and data transmission networks on different infrastructures: copper pairs, fiber optic channels, wireless technology.

Pskovskaya GTS" actively implements the principle of telecommunications services convergence providing various integrated solutions: SIP-telephony, protected corporate VPN-networks, virtual PBX services, high-speed Internet access and data transfer, video conferencing under SIP protocol, video monitoring and video surveillance, cable and digital TV, including those using wireless broadband access technology. To implement advanced telecommunications solutions at the client, the company supplies, configures and services communication equipment, thus implementing the principle of "digital office turnkey".
