National Information Technologies Joint Stock Company is the national operator in the sphere of information technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was established on April 4, 2000 as an authorized organization for the creation and organization of interaction of state information systems.

The organizational structure of National Information Technologies JSC consists of the central office, production units and 16 regional telecommunication centers, including those in the city of Astana. The main activities of the company formation, development and maintenance of the national information infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, integration of state information resources, formation of a public information base. Modern management systems are being introduced in the company. For example, in 2006 the Quality Management System based on international standards ISO 9001:2000 series was introduced in JSC National Information Technologies. |
