IMDS Ukraine LLC is a Ukrainian telecommunication company successfully developing on the market. The company was founded in 2001 as a result of the reform of the company "Ukraine TV" and was initially focused on the development of information services in the MMDS standard.

The company's name was borrowed from the English abbreviation MMDS (Multichannel Multipoint Distribution System), which means Multichannel Multipoint Distribution System. It is a terrestrial broadcasting system, analogous to cable television, but without cable, is similar to a satellite broadcasting system with a repeater on Earth.

In 2001 the company received a license from the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine for the use of broadcasting channels and licenses for the use of radio frequency resource.

The first base station was installed in Kramatorsk. Having established itself as a high-quality and high-precision technology, moved on to its practical stage - the provision of information services, namely from the provision of television broadcasting in analog mode and Internet services.

In 2007, the company began testing a new format of broadband, wireless communications, WiMax. WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access), is a telecommunications technology designed to provide universal wireless communication for a wide range of devices (from workstations and laptops to cell phones), based on IEEE 802.16e standard.

Since 2008 the company started transition to digital television broadcasting and is rapidly preparing for transition to modern format services in Ukrainian cities using the latest technology. Continuing to connect subscribers to the Internet.
