Ladoga Telecom is a universal telecommunications operator providing services in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

The Company was registered as JSC "Lenstrom" in 2002 on the basis of a voluntary agreement to meet the public demand for telecommunications services. The main founder of the Company was the Leningrad Region, represented by the Leningrad Region Committee for State Property Management, with an initial stake of 25.1% in the Company's charter capital. The subject of the Russian Federation continues to be the principal shareholder of the Company to date.

In 2003, the Company was renamed Ladoga Telecom by decision of the shareholders.
