ZAO International Telecommunications Company (ISS) was founded in 1997.

Today, ISS is one of the largest telecom operators and provides its customers with a wide range of communication services in Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Tver, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhnevartovsk, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Yakutsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and other Regions of Russia, in the CIS - Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, as well as abroad - in Western Europe, the U.S., Guinea, Pakistan, Cyprus, etc.д. The Company's clients are banks, modern business centers, hotels in Moscow, Russian Aluminum JSC, Rosenergoatom Concern, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and many other companies and organizations for which it has created corporate networks. The last of the major regional projects implemented by the ISS is the construction of a regional corporate satellite communications network within the framework of the "Evenkia - Region" project based on LinkWay equipment for the Administration of the Evenki Autonomous District - design and construction of the satellite network and technical support of satellite communications channels.

The main partners of the company are OJSC "Rostelecom", OJSC "Transtelecom", LLC "SSS Sovintel", CJSC "Comstar", LLC "Equant" as well as international operators: Deutsche Telecom, Cable & Wireless, Telia, Sonera, Kazakhtelecom and others. In addition, the company successfully works with IP telephony operators at the regional level in various constituent entities of the Russian Federation with a good quality of communication services.

MICC provides local, long-distance and international telephony services using a central switching center on the basis of EWSD digital switchboard manufactured by Siemens that has connections to networks of most Russian and foreign telecom operators in Moscow. The operation of a powerful telematics and data transfer node, built using solutions from leading telecommunications equipment manufacturers, makes it possible to provide IP telephony (VoIP) and Internet access services.

MKS provides leased digital fiber-optic, radio relay and satellite communication channels with the bandwidth from 64 Kbit/s to 2 Mbit/s.

The company's own full-communication satellite network in C- and Ku-bands enables it to provide dedicated digital communication channels with the bandwidth from 2.4 to 8448 kbit/s in addition to telephone services.

Turnkey delivery of equipment and installation by the ISS specialists of VSAT earth stations is possible.

The ISS ensures access to the Internet for carriers, providers and customers using simplex and duplex, symmetric and asymmetric satellite and terrestrial channels, and their combinations, which allows to provide the access quality required by the customer with the transmission speed of up to 100 Mbit/s at minimum cost.

The ISS provides all standard Internet services and a range of additional services (placing WWW pages and renting disk space, registering domains and providing IP addresses, administering customer equipment, etc.).
