Ivanovo Digital Communication (IDC), a leader in the Ivanovo market of wireless Internet access and data transmission, was founded in 2000. But even before that moment the specialists, who formed the backbone of the company, successfully tested and built a backbone network for the Ivanovo Region Federal Postal Service Administration. In 2001 IDC began to operate its own broadband wireless radio access network under the brand name "IDC-Net" operating in the frequency range of 2.4-2.48 GHz (802.11b). A little less than a year later, IDC received frequency assignments in the 5.25-5.35 GHz band (802.11a).

Currently the wireless network has a very wide coverage area and developed radio network infrastructure both in Ivanovo and Ivanovo region, which allows us to offer a comprehensive service from one operator throughout the Ivanovo region.
