Telecom GHK LLC is a commercial organization and is a subordinate enterprise of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom.



The enterprise has licenses of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications:

- No. 103728 for provision of local telephone services, except for local telephone services using payphones and means of collective access;

- No. 103730 for provision of telematic communication services;

- No. 103727 for provision of communication services in the data transmission network, except for provision of voice information;

- No. 103729 for communication services on provision of communication channels;



Telecom GHK LLC renders "Local telephone communication services", "Telematic communication services and Communication services in data transmission network, except for voice information transmission" on the territory of Zheleznogorsk Krasnoyarsk Territory, namely providing user with access to city telephone communication, to Internet and e-mail services.

Services are provided in accordance with the Federal Law "On communications", the rules for providing communications services approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, in compliance with the rules for connecting telecommunications networks and their interaction approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Services are provided to any legal entities and individuals who need them (if technically possible).
