Техподдержка некомпетентна и непрофессиональна, такое ощущение, что студента шараги, второго курса, взяли за еду ничего не делать. На простые вопросы ответить ничего не могут, а когда снизойдут ответить, то спихивают их решение на абонента. На простую просьбу сменить выданный белый адрес, текущий выданный был во всех существующих спам базах (видать забыли на шлюзе прикрыть порты и их все дружно проксёй использовали), сообщили чтобы мы сами их из этих спам баз удаляли и других адресов у них для нас нет. Про биллинг я вообще молчу, сменить тариф можно только в офисе или написать на какую-то секретную почту, которой нигде нет, оплатить тоже только по квитанции. Скорость и качество интернета, тоже зависит от положения Меркурия в козероге, то 15, то 100, то 5. Короче если есть выбор, не связывайтесь с этим «провайдером».
