        First about the good - the speed is even higher than stated, but it is completely leveled by constant breaks and packet losses. Work through rdp - impossible, play online games - impossible. Even watching movies and YouTube can be quite nerve-wracking. Support says "ko-ko-ko-ko-ko we are fine".
        Total, for 1600 rubles we have:
        1) No white IP address
        2) "Problem in your router" (when ping plotter shows breaks when connecting directly to the receiver)
        3) Speed ~250 with a claimed 200
        4) Interruptions every 10-15 minutes
        5) Tech support that always has everything in order
