Suddenly I decided to check how much I had left to pay in installments for the set-top box.
It turned out that out of the 3500 cost of the set-top box, I had paid 4400. But dear Rostelekom calls this not an installment plan, but a lease. In which "for some reason" you can still make a buyout when you reach the amount of payments equal to the cost of the equipment.
No notices, warnings about exceeding the payments over the cost of the set-top box did not come. And of course, Rostelecom is not going to return the overpayment for the equipment to the account upon redemption.
These are such gray schemes and spoil the previously flawless reputation of the ISP for me.
