Disgusting provider
This is the most disgusting provider.
There was an accident in the neighborhood, the Internet was cut off. Anything can happen. But for 3 days, the employees mislead, orienting by incomprehensible terms and immediately extend them.
Blocked the number of customers who call too often with a negative and call it a pure accident. Do not want to solve the issue. Asked to contact me department head, promised within 24 hours, passed 3, but still no call. Employees record complaints and then delete them. Disgusting attitude towards customers, complete unwillingness to solve problems.
