The accounting department in general says wait 14 days until they connect and do not bother to distract us. on sending to the contract they say that they do not care about the contract, and they have their own plans - so wait. they do not care much about your worries. about the quality of the Internet I can assume will be the same - through the ass all.
I don't recommend them at all. It's a principle of their work.
