CJSC Vainakh Telecom (hereinafter VTC) is a universal telecommunications operator in the Chechen Republic and the largest multi-service telecommunications network operator in the North Caucasus.


VTK is an operator that provides services in almost all segments of network and Internet technologies. The distinguishing features of the company are: the use of modern technologies to provide quality services to its subscribers, and the expansion of their range. - Cellular communication of GSM standard (in spring 2012 cellular communication from "VTK" was put into commercial operation - high-quality and inexpensive mobile communication for residents of the republic.

- Digital telephony; Video telephony (the ability to transmit voice and image, without loss of quality, even over the longest distances);


- Remote video surveillance (the ability to see everything that happens in your home or office in your absence).



Additional services:


- Computer literacy training (virtually every district center is equipped with computer classes where rural youth have the opportunity to acquire PC skills)


- Selling PCs, TV sets, telephones, photo and video equipment, and other office equipment at Vainakh Technokom's own store


- Registration of the Universal Electronic Card (UEC)

All services can be paid for with a single Vainakh Telecom card, which can also be purchased at any of the sales offices.


More than 30 Vainakh Telecom offices, as well as administrative buildings, operate in the Chechen Republic and its capital. There are plans to open 100 offices in 76 settlements of the Chechen Republic.
